Omusubi Chair is designed to be cozy within the daily-life atmosphere. The shape of the backrest and the joints are made with Japanese traditional craft which presents high-quality material and ensures long-time use.

Designed with the concept of Omusubi Chair. The armrests are made lower, so that the armchair can be placed under the table easily. The design of Omusubi Armchair aims at a sophisticated atmosphere over time.

兼具「舒適度」「外型」的椅子

重視日常生活中的「舒適度」「外型」去進行製作。椅背的形狀與木頭接合方式皆採用傳統的木構造技術製作，是一張能夠感受到素材的優質感並長久使用的椅子。

與椅子相同概念的餐椅。將扶手的高度設定較低，設計讓扶手易於收進桌子下方。在設計上會隨時間的推移感受到它的美。

Made Particularly of Hokkaido Wood

OMUSUBI Armchair is made of prized Quercus crispula from Hokkaido, and the wood has dried slowly in the factory which required a high amount of time and work. Each chair is made delicately with craftsmanship in Asahikawa, Hokkaido.

It’s a chair that combines nordic modern design with the delicate Japanese craftsmanship tradition. Out of prized wood grown for ages, a piece of long sustaining furniture is made.

珍貴的北海道產特選水楢木，在工廠裡慢慢地經過長時間的乾燥以及細心照料後產出的寶貴木材。同樣在北海道的旭川市裡，每一張椅子都是經過職人手工的精美製作。

該椅子使用日本的傳統技法並顧及細節設計，表現出了北歐家具的現代感。將經過長時間同自然共存培育成長的稀有木材，轉化為能夠成為長久使用的家具。

We have oil-finished our furniture by applying natural coating with golden flaxseed oil to ensure the wood breathe and long-term usage. There’s no coating film in oil-finished, so it will not be peeled off and can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

隨著共同生活的時間增添魅力

我們製作的家具為了能夠長久使用又不妨礙木材進行呼吸，於是表面以由亞麻仁油為基底的護木油做塗裝。上油塗裝的話不會在表面產生塗膜，所以不會發生剝落的情況，以擰乾的布料進行反覆擦拭後，基本上所有髒污皆能夠去除。
